Seniors!!

Posted by Amy on February 2, 2012 at 11:30 AM Comments comments (0)

It's that time of year when I photograph graduating Seniors!!! I look forward to this time of year because I love working with all of these great individuals to find their style. I always have a bunch of fun when doing these sessions. It just brings me back to my high school or college days, and I want this to be a memorable moment for them as well.

Wendy, a Senior at Magnolia West HS, and our 4-H President rocked her session! I love the ones that I took. We have another session in March, so these are more of a preview.

Beautiful Babies!

My friend Brittany asked me to photograph her cuties! I had photographed Brittany's engagement photos, so I was thrilled to do work for her again! Baelynn and Brayden were so fun!! Brayden kept telling me "NO" everytime I tried to get close to photograph him.  He kept me on my toes, but it was so well worth it.  They are just adorable! As always, check out my Facebook page for more photos!

I was contact by Melinda several weeks ago about taking her family photos. I've done work for her daughter a year or so ago, so I was excited to meet the rest of the family. Melinda's son, Garrett is a senior this year so she wanted a few photos of him so she can have framed. Here are a few from our session.

Well, I'm sure you've figured out by now- ASP has MOVED!! This summer was filled with packing, cleaning, organizing and moving! I wasn't able to photograph a bunch of sessions like normal, but what I did get to do was amazing!

Here's a look at some of my favorite shots from this summer.

One of my children's teachers, Dina, had asked me to take her sons Senior portraits.  Juston is graduating from my alma matter, and an all around GREAT guy.  He's a great football player (going on to college ball!), the FFA President, was on the homecoming court and was nominated for Mr. JFD, and just a good ole' boy.  I am so happy with how these turned out.  I posted alot more on Facebook, so please hurry over there and check them out.

Congratulations Juston!

On May 6th I will be participating in the Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society.

Please donate if you can! I've met my goal of $250.00 and I just raised it to see how much good we can do!

My Dad has had prostate cancer and is now a Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer patient at MD Anderson.

I'm walking for him!  Please Click HERE if you'd like to donate!

Thank you!

Family Love

Karen and Mario are dear friends of my family.  Mario has coached my son, and was THE biggest help to me when I was the president of our local Little League.  They are such wonderful people, and have the biggest hearts! Their son played with my son, and their daughter is about to graduate high school (Senior session coming soon!) I am so excited about how good these turned out.  Karen was a bit nervous, but what woman isn't! Absolutely no touch ups were done to these photographs.  They are really this beautiful!

Wedding Bells!

In February I photographed Tessa's bridals.  A friend of hers had a wonderful collection of antique cars and a gorgeous backyard equipped with a pool and waterfall.

It was a photographers dream come true.  I love antique cars and the location was perfect!

Tessa was married March 26 to Kyle and I'll post wedding pictures very soon.

Here's my favorite from our session.

Bonkers for Barboza's!

The Barboza family, are amongst my most favorite people.  I am honored to have photographed the most important events in their lives! Tracy's bridals, their wedding, their first child together and now their complete family! They are one of the sweetest families I know!

We went of to Santa Fe, TX to get some good shots of all of them together, and while the day was a bit dreary, we made the most of it.  Lucky for us, it didn't rain.

Here are some of my fav's from our session.

Thank you Tracy for calling me again!

Happy Birthday, Jillian!

Joyce had contacted me a few months ago about taking some photographs of her and her family- most importantly, Jillian who was turning 1 years old.

Jillian kept me on my toes and was determined to walk- away from my camera! I think that's what made this session so much fun! The CHASE!!

Here are a few from our session.  Enjoy your spring break, everyone!!
